Chaŋlí Yušká is Lakota for accepting a peace offer. To untie tobacco ties offered as symbols of peace. 

Anahata means "unhurt, unstruck, and unbeaten". Anahata Nad refers to the Vedic concept of unstruck sound (the sound of the celestial realm). 
Anahata is associated with balance, calmness, and serenity.

This is the "studio version" of my 2017 live set.  It uses a blend of my own field recordings with a selection of soft synths and texture loops, tracked and manipulated in Renoise.

The title comes from "The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows" by John Koenig, which defines Chrysalism as the amniotic tranquility of being indoors during a thunderstorm, listening to waves of rain pattering against the roof like an argument upstairs, whose muffled words are unintelligible but whose crackling release of built-up tension you understand perfectly.

My goal was to create the soundtrack for such an experience.
