Gunther's comment on "Brief conversation" inspired me to try harder and bring a bit more out of my drumkit, in terms of both playing and sound. Well, I tried. :D It's kinda hard when you have the patience and attention span of a puppy. Maybe next time. Anyways, enjoy!

When reading, I voiced an earlier version of the first verse - just for variation's sake

he got locked out of her garden
before this springtime's floral bloom
as he saw her soft glance harden
saw different patterns on her loom

he found some fallow, barren wasteland
on a hill of thistles, nettles
to cultivate defiant plants and
to get scarred by willful brambles

We are most probably hearing the dream singers of Yith, a mentally time-traveling civilization. Unfortunately, despite intensive AI efforts, the drone's engine noise could not be removed, for which they have apologized repeatedly. Unfortunately, we do not know what happened before and after radio contact was lost...
