CHUS LIVE FROM STEREOBAR MONTREAL (3 Hours Set)

Here you have two hours of the DJ set from the Day One party at Stereo Montreal on January 1st, 2024. That night was truly magical. It's difficult to explain with words what happened there, and listening to the recording outside of that context, of that vortex, could lose the power of that moment, but I think it's important that we leave a small testament of what we experienced there
These two hours are from the late after-hours, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon), part of a 15-hour marathon set that started at midnight and finished at 3 p.m. the following afternoon.
There are no quality after-hours like Stereo Montreal or Space in Miami any more, at least in North America. After-hours are my favorite places. They are where I've met the most interesting people, had the most fun, and had the most self-discovery experiences in my life. However, governments don't favor them and continue to restrict club closing times around the world. This place should be protected as a cultural heritage, similar to how Berlin clubs are preserved in Europe. Long life to Stereo Montreal and Big Ups to the team and the amazing community that have created this gem.

I'm thrilled to announce that my next appearance at this adult playground will be soon, on Saturday, May 18th, during a holiday weekend in Canada, for another open-to-close set. I couldn't be more excited to share another chapter of this story with all of you. I hope to see all those familiar faces again. See you on the dance floor. Love you all.

Enjoy this week’s episode with Guatemalan entrepreneur, promoter, DJ, producer & former club owner Armando Garcia aka Armandd G. His interest in music began by playing drums and percussion. Afterwards In 1996 he became interested in electronic music by learning the art of DJing with genres like tech house and tribal house.  As a music lover, he started contributing to the scene as a promoter in 2007, and since then has opened plenty of legendary and renowned night clubs, where he has hosted renown artists from many genres. Over the past few years, Armandd G has presented and played all over the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Panama with great artists of the electronic scene such as Satoshi Tommiie, Dubfire, Oliver Klein, Olivier Giacomotto, Mathias Tanzmann, Chus & Ceballos, Rafa Barrios, Oscar L, Patrick M, Supernova, Sian, Joseph Capriati, Manuel De La Mare, Danny Serrano, among others. As a result of his trajectory, Armandd G signed in some labels , such as Stereo Productions, Habitat Label, Xima Records, Nervous Records, Incorrect, Klaphouse Records, Serranos Kitchen, 1994 Music, Younan Music.
