Redolent Music is his most recent project, a new independent record label created alongside Spanish DJ & producer La Santa, with the purpose to cater to the evolving music industry and to develop emerging talent.

For the 127th edition of Desert Hut Podcast Series, we’re pleased to welcome Chus.

Chus L. Esteban, aka DJ CHUS, born and raised in Madrid, Spain (1971), started his professional career at the end of the '80s in his home town, amidst the full-blown euphoria of the acid-house movement at Club' Alien', one of the first clubs of the famous Kapital Group in Madrid. In August of 1992, he becomes the resident DJ at the legendary 'Kadoc' Club in the Portuguese Algarve. He shared the DJ booth with the best international Electronic acts at that time, witnessing from a privileged position the dance music explosion during the 90′s. His style, influenced by the Portuguese and American underground sounds, definitely converged into house music inspired by Disco, Latin, and World Music. 
In 1994, Chus became resident DJ of the first emblematic House Club in Madrid at Teatro Kapital, lasting ten years. He soon developed a passion for the art of electronic music production, working with the bests professionals in Madrid like David Penn, D-Formation, or Oscar L.
Chus created a personal vision of underground house music called the 'Iberican Sound' influenced by the culture of Spain and Portugal, but was along with Ceballos, whose techno background gelled with Chus's House style when this fusion turned up the 'Iberican Sound' becoming into a worldwide movement.  
His Music style is a delicious blend of Organic House, warm and intense with a vital and profound Tribal essence that fuses naturally with melodic and evolving sounds, percussion rhythms, and drums. A long-haul career based on his self-taught character and his constant defense of musical quality has turned him into one of the industry's most respected DJs. Chus's strength resides in his charisma and the unique and pure way he chooses to engage with people.  
Residencies worldwide, many awards collected throughout his career, 'DJ of the Year,' 'Best House DJ,' 'Best Remixer' or 'Best House Label' to name but a few. Over 25 years of music legacy on labels such as Defected, Nervous, and his Stereo Productions show his wide range of music styles and unlimited love for different genres. His blend of styles is his dogma and the quality, his message.  
Redolent Music is his most recent project, a new independent record label, event producer, management agency, and lifestyle concept, created alongside La Santa, whose purpose is to cater to the evolving music industry and develop emerging talent.

Adassiya is a DJ, producer and live performer.
Her presence magnetises you. However, behind her looks from this key East-West crossroads on the Great Silk Road, hides a complete, sensitive and hypnotic artist.
Indeed, Adassiya - whose real name is Anissa Still, started her singer career at the age of thirteen, recording her first album with Warner Production.
She was determined to make a living from her passion for music so she left school at the age of 18 in order to integrate the musical "Les 10 Commandments" into her life. Since then, she has been travelling around the world and discovering all the treasures it can offer.
Growing up with all these experiences, this multi-talented artist oriented her career towards the song writing. She became a songwriter for several successful French singers.
As she comes from an urban area and gospel , she found herself collaborating with many urban artists and rappers that were in high demand by her generation.
In 2018, she discovered a new passion - DJing. Behind the turntables, she feels in the perfect environment to share her art with her fans. The unique mix of her voice, energy and the DJ skills created a real buzz in the industry, quickly leading to bookings and performances at all of the best clubs in Paris, rest of Europe, Middle East and Mexico. She has also performed for several high profile events, such as the Eva Longoria Charity Gala, DIXON'S Warm up as well as other luxury brands. She started the season following a successful winter tour in Tulum, playing at parties and events such as Boho Experience, Vagalume , Summerians and continues with a busy summer program with her high-profile residency at the iconic Scorpios Mykonos as well as other tour dates in Ibiza, India , Europe and beyond.
In 2019 she's moved onto music production and released "Ya Habibi" (250k+ streams to date) and her most recent EP "Rebirth" with Valeron, FNX Omar and Jaalex and her brand new « Hypnotic » with CHRIS IDH . 
Due to her experiences, origins and history, her inspiration stretches across multiple genres, from electro to organic and ethnic house music. Facing the excitement surrounding her return to her cultural roots and the modernity of today's world, she created her own universe and started calling herself Adassiya.
Rooted in the millennials generation, she gives all of herself trough autobiographic, personal titles and stories and unparalleled melodies. Rigorous inside the studio, generous in life, Adassiya is the new sensation on the French electronic music scene.
