Hotline HQ founder, DJ and producer Alan Dixon remixes ‘You’re The One For Me’ from Detroit trio Dames Brown on Defected. Previous hits across the London label from Dames Brown include ‘Glory’ with Waajeed with remixes by Floorplan and Kelly G.,  ‘Sweat’ with Melvo Baptiste plus a remix from Snips, a collaboration with Eddie Fowlkes ‘Do It’ remixed by Zach Witness, and ‘What Would You Do?’ with Andrés and the late Amp Fiddler - then remixed by Louie Vega & Josh Milan as Two Soul Fusion and Folamour. In 2025, the trio were then featured on Ben Westbeech’s highly anticipated Glitterbox LP Everything Is Within You, demonstrating their soulful artistry and love of collaboration. Now their powerful, vocal-led sound is reimagined by Alan Dixon, an artist also known to the London label for club-ready releases on sister label Glitterbox, including 2025’s ‘Infinity’ with Infinity Ink. The UK talent often represents the global nightlife phenomenon globally, including at their celebrated Sunday residency at Hï Ibiza and Defected Croatia 2025. Alan Dixon’s remix of ‘You’re The One For Me’ emphasises the joyous Dames Brown signature sound, lending the record his distinct and effervescent club edge to create a future record box staple.

Making his debut on Toolroom Trax is Italian house veteran Fuzzy Hair with ‘Burdeu’. 

Fuzzy Hair has been a stalwart for house music over the last two decades whose sound is still recognised and respected to this day. He has had the opportunities to remix seminal club anthems such as David Guetta’s ‘Stay’, Harry Romero’s ‘Dancin’ and Mousse-T’s ‘Right About Now’. He’s teamed up with heavyweights like Steve Angello and Robbie Rivera, reworked tracks for legends including Bob Sinclar, Benny Benassi, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Tube & Berger and released on powerhouse labels like Virgin, Defected, Sony and Positiva to name a few. Fuzzy Hair has done it all.
