A mix between the dark grungarage rock that typifies stereosleep and the soulful roots of lead singer and song writer Don Solo's upbringing.  In one song, you have the melodic soul of Stevie Wonder and the hard punching guitar work of Josh Homme.

Maybe

stereosleep returns in 2017 with a genre bending, devastatingly sexy Funk/Garage Rock ballad called, "The Lover". In it, stereosleep's mysterious, bloodied, burned, and battered protagonist seeks love and refuge from the most unwelcome source and begs, "I think you should be my lover" from a woman who will never be tied down. 

The last two minutes of the song are the most heart wrenchingly desperate moments of any song in the 21st Century. "My love, I want to give you something to love," is a refrain that will implant itself in the minds of listeners long after the song has stopped streaming or pounding in the listener's headphones. 

stereosleep's first full-length LP is Due on December 2nd, 2017.
