The summer is just round the corner in the UK so I have created a little summer time mix that delves into the more obscure world of Nu Funk. Ideal as a warm up for a night out or just kicking back and listening while bathing.

Sun Cocktail - Mojito Mix

The second installment in the Sun Cocktail series. This takes it a lot deeper and ventures into realms of Techno and damn good dancing music. Priority with this mix is to play it loud. This is a forerunner to to sort of style that will get dropped at Back in the Dark August Bank Holiday. I have been kindly asked to represent and will not disappoint.

A beautiful mix to wake up too in the morning. Designed to slowly ease you into the day, it is perfect for these lovely summer mornings. 

Sun Cocktail - Jazz & Coffee Mix

Having been given a lovely collection of music from my very good friend and record label manager, Sarah “Froot” Townson, I thought it only fitting that I find out what her favourite cocktail is and then think about how I could produce a mix that would satisfy the essence given off by this wonderful lady.
It needed deepness and lots of lovely vocals praising the universe and the powers that influence the flow we take through life.
This became a very personal mix for me as it returned to me a lot of happy memories getting Gospel and Funky at Soho in Christchurch.
