Hello everyone and welcome! This is our infamous Progcast, the weekly DJ mix series that scours Planet Progressive for the world's finest sessions, so you don't have to!

 Pashanti launched his DJ'ing career in Thailand's famous Island of Koh Phangan, and thats where he developed a passion for Deep Progressive Sounds and new age electronic music.

Russian born, raised in Israel, lived for long periods in Canada and Thailand, currently resides in the new hub of electronic music along the Riviera Maya Coast of Mexico, Tulum & Playa del Carmen.

He is truly a world citizen and this can all come alive in his performances behind the decks. Every set is a unique blend of tasty sounds that make people dance & celebrate life with a pleasant, deep, dynamic musical journey.

Pashanti has developed a distinct style of mixing progressive and melodic techno sounds with Indie dance, which when properly combined brings people to a meditative state of light, euphoria & joy.

NRG Techno Tuesday IzzyK plays Melodic Techno

This 3-hour set was recorded at Barracuda Bar in Cologne – a B2B session I played together with Marc (@esistkompliziert). Two different musical signatures that ended up complementing each other perfectly that night. His track selection brought groove, drive, and organic energy, while mine added melodic depth, warmth, and those slightly melancholic moments.

Musically, the set moves between Melodic House, Afro House, and deep atmospheric excursions. We started at 124 BPM and gradually pushed things up to 126 BPM – always smooth, always with intention.

The result is a set that works both on the dancefloor and in more relaxed moments: groovy, warm, melodic, at times dreamy, then more driving again. A positive, cohesive journey with subtle melancholic phases that you can enjoy in pretty much any situation.
