it's kind of ambient with a groove. Something chill and relaxing. Yeah, it's long - but it's meant to be a relaxing trip that doesn't end 'too' early.

Some fun with a classic. This is from several years back and started as a project with Harley from Detroit. It's a fast tempo straight beat and could only fit with a Detroit 'jit' set or Ghettotech set.

A jazzy groove meant to convey riding around the city at night. Steam rising from the manholes, wet pavement, lights reflected everywhere, the late nighters enjoying the calm of the city at night.

I was definitely listening to a lot of the Ibiza Euro sounds when i made this one. Trancey Euro-house with a repeating vocal sample designed to be one of those 'lose yourself' kind of tracks. My ever-present desire to incorporate non-traditional instruments is all over this one. This would be the album version of the dance track. 

Doc Raymond - Celebration of the Equinox

Oh, that Trancey Trance that dominated dance floors around 2000. ATB, Alice Deejay, Paul Van Dyk, etc. I wanted to see if I could write something that held up to that sound. It filled a few dance floors when i dropped it into one of those sets. Definitely the extended version and I always thought I would add a vocal to it one day...  only if this style ever comes back around (doubt it!)
