A Huge day for us at the Ready Mix HQ has just landed. We finally hit the 100th single release benchmark and would like to thank everyone who has followed and supported us over the past 14 years. 

And what better way for us to celebrate this milestone than bringing back a classic hit from the early 2000's and dedicate it in loving memory of Nkemdi Amadume's heavenly voice that actually sung it in collaboration with the legendary NYC Duo John Creamer & Stephane K.

This release will be split into 2 packs with Vol.1 containing (The Club Remixes) with remixes by the world renowned NYC DJ/Producer who has paved the way for so many of us Mr Angel Moraes from (Hot & Spycy New York and of course Club Stereo in Montreal) along with the Londoner and owner of Alola & SexOnWax Recordings Mr Omid 16B, the Canadian-Hungarian connection Beat Factory, Lonya & Roi Okev from the Cat & Dog parties, and the new comer who has already made a huge impact with his previous releases with us Mika Olson.

On Vol.2 (The Deep Remixes), you will find remixes by label boss-man BiG AL who collaborates with Omid 16B to deliver a summer masterpiece, the pack also included remixes by Harlem Knights, Addex, Prosis, Seraphine's new moniker The Noisy One and last but now least, another Canadian-Hungarian connection powered by Big AL & Levente Szabo aka The Suppliers.

Deep Site Recordings welcomes Dee Mac with two wicked new originals as well as remixes. “Do Your Thing” is an infectious tune that uses a harmonious keyboard refrain coupled with tight rhythms and a solid bassline. The second original track, “Seduction”, takes a deeper path with its sublime melodics, cascading pads, and metrical rhythms. DJ Funky T’s Seranade Mix of “Do Your Thing” rearranges the samples while utilizing a new arrangement and recapitulation of the main melody. The Couch Bastards Remix takes a techier approach to the proceedings by developing upon reiterating phrasing motifs from the original on top of smooth cadences. We are delighted to welcome back Mihai Popoviciu on our label after his successful remix on the track ’Nightcrawler’.  
His unique style and the quality of his productions made him a member of the deep house hall of fame and his tracks are always on the top of the charts.

We are sure the 2 originals and 3 remixes of the EP will lighten up all the deep house lovers’ heart. There is no question that this is the strongest EP ever on our imprint! 1000% quality music!  The title track ‘Flux’ is an epic bit of deep house that is one of the best tunes in the genre now in our honest opinion, perfect melodies on a smooth levitating foundation.  The 2nd original ’Lotus’ is the other side of the coin with its great dubby groove and catchy melodies.

On remix duties we asked the Pornbugs duo to rethink the title track Flux. The head honchos of the amazingly successful deep house label ‘Bondage Music ‘ created a remix which focuses on mesmerizing melodies and sweet percussions.

On Flux we got another amazing reinterpretation from an upcoming deep & tech house artist James Cole (All I Want, Gruuv) he put the groove to the center of his version, so the result became a real dancefloor groover.

On Lotus the TSM label bosses Peter and Greg took the opportunity to make yet another great tune in which they mixed their easily recognisable grooves with the original track’s nice melodies.

We have no doubt that all the DJs who love the Deep House genre will find a suitable track for their sets in this release.  Take a listen to the EP and make your own choice.
