This song, which I still perform regularly as part of my live set, was inspired by Stanley Milgram's experiments on obedience to authority and its resonance with the excuse often given for war crimes and human rights violations.  I made this recording at Durham Street Studio, Hartlepool, way back in 1993 and it features Alan Williamson (http://soundcloud.com/alan-williamson-1) on guitars and Lythan Nevard (http://slightlysquiffy.blogspot.co.uk) on backing vocals.
