this week I am pleased to announce that the music composition ‘Reflections’ has been turned into a short film. 

'Reflections' tells the story of a prolific ballerina from Eastern Europe, who is caught in a moment of crisis. Reflecting on her youth and the past, she regains her confidence and strength to dance once again to achieve her rightful place upon the stage.

The Great Reveal is a a short composition which is both lively and very upbeat.  The music track was composed to support a 'cooking feature' whilst following the different chefs producing their different masterpieces.

'Suspense' is an original score which provides a sense of tension and mystery with a full instrumental orchestral score.  The music is atmospheric and provides a level of suspense throughout.

This track was written as a tribute to the Carrie Fisher, but also to an end of a generational heroine that battled in the stars.

This is an orchestral composition which features both violin and piano solo, but is accompanied by a fully orchestra.

As a classically trained violinist, Steve plays a multitude of differing instruments and his composition work provides a distinctive and emotive feel within each of his dynamic scores. Recent film scores include ‘Baked Bean’ (2022) and he is currently working on the new film ‘Parallel Lies’ due for theatrical release in 2023.

In addition to his film work, Steve continues to work on his concert music, recently completing the much acclaimed ‘Dance of the Awakening Fairy’.
