Iry Sabir is a Yorkshire based DJ who has been around the scene for over 20 years. He started to play in 2002 until 2008 & then put things on hold to raise his family. It wasn't until 2019 where he started to pick things back up & he's slowly built up his reputation with a number of mixes ranging from Soulful House, Nu Disco, Groove, Funk, Lounge & New Retro Wave. He's done a number of Guest Mixes such as Black Light Disco, Magic Track, Discotheque, HAWT, Feel Good Fridays & Disco Waltons. He's now one of the hosts for the Disco Waltons & also his Monthly show Bearded Lounge Sunday Sessions on NDC has been going strong. We hope you enjoy his style & he's one of the few DJ's on the station that mixes with vinyl only....a true OG!

I recently got to play at the long running daytime disco, funk and house event MFSB in Edinburgh and although I didn't manage to record the set live on the day I've recreated the experience here with all the tracks that I played. Hey yo! Here's my full set from my recent debut at the awesome Sunday Circles event at Muriel's in Belfast. Part of the Freebooter Lounge collective and Plan B, The Sunday Circles session is now becoming a regular hangout for heads that appreciate decent underground music and the perfect spot to chat with likeminded folks about music and life in general while listening to some beats from local talent. As I was last on I brought some funk and deep acid chuggers to the party alongside some staple favourites and a few new edits.
