Big thanks to BarclayBunch for organizing such a huge project! Without this idea I never would have ' met ' Merces Letifer, a couple of innovative and talented musicians from England. They sent me a 1 minute guitar track with the title Departure which inspired me to write what I hope turned into something interesting to listen to. Enjoy :)

Please be gentle, it's my first try at writing a French song hehe. When Gianni approached me with the music he didn't mention his idea about it being French, wise man cause I would have probably run! haha. Well, after listening to the music for a few days Doux Baiser was born. It's a simple, old world French style song, easy listening, hope you like :)

Hope you enjoy this as much as I did. Michel is a survivor and asked me to tweak his words and create a song about the celebration of life, just enjoying the simple,everyday things we all take for granted. It's his first collab I believe, so please take a listen to his other songs as well, he's a master Jazz musician since the 70's, he also used a real clarinet in this recording but said he plays it like a soprano Sax :) p.s We also found out we were both living in Quebec!

Omg it was sooo hard, I spent over a month trying to get my pronounciation right. Well it's as good as it will ever be in my case haha

From the film The Color Purple, imo one of the best films of 1985-86. Always liked this song, not sure how many men have sung it before me, but that's what's fun about music isn't it? The fact that it's for everyone and we all get a little something different from each song we hear :)

Primarily a jazz and acoustic singer, but also part-time lyricist who enjoys all good music.I've discovered amazing musicians here that I've had the pleasure of collaborating with. I've also been blessed enough to have one of my song covers used in a car commercial, two have aired on SkyHigh Radio Station and another used on a charity CD for Unicef! So keep your dreams alive whether big or small cause ya never know.
