Starstruck DJ

Steve Hensby Band are splitting at the seams with an assault to the musical senses with elements of funk, soul, ska, world, a sprinkle of psychedelia and a dash of folk. The 9-piece ensemble features a healthy sized horn section and is very danceable!
 
On Saturday October 26 they are releasing their 5th album into the wild at Lyric’s Underground. The album "Astronomers Aren’t Morning People" is jam packed full of musical goodness and features a string quartet as well as the regular bombastic horn section.
 
Joining them on the night is said string quartet Aquila and the roving brass section Perth Thundercorp.

Mista Twista is the lead character from the new concept album - 'Modern Music For Modern People'. He's a barber who is awful at cutting hair yet people flock to him in hordes as his stories are very entertaining!
