(Dear Listener as this recording is a first take, some of the lyrics had
not been perfected and the arrangement of the verses and instrumental
are different on later takes. The song is about a time I was in New York City, and saw a girl crying at a restaurant table, went up and spoke with her, trying to reassure her things would be ok, as she had just split up with her boyfriend. I never found out her name, but she is still out there somewhere and I hope she managed to find the happiness and love she was missing. This song is dedicated to her, wherever she may be. It is a song I only last week performed twice live on stage and seems to have become a favourite with many people already. Thanks for reading this and I hope you too enjoy! All the best!)
