You're a champion Boogie, you have the most rational, level headed stance on GamerGate that I've seen.  Condemn the bad, support the good and just generally be a top bloke.

Thank you Boogie, Thank you. I am a supporter of Gamergate and I want all this to be more civilized. I will probably start talking about all this and spreading a more civilized tone, hopefully it will stick somehow.

Boogie you need to realise the fact that the people who claim to be righteousness and want to encourage dialog do not BAN other peoples posts/comments if their view does not match with yours . What is the point of a dialog where one side of argument controls all the moderation power.

A great sentiment. There should be a side for those who want to have the discussion, but don't want it to be dominated by high-horse riding ideologues who don't care about the hobby and are just in for themselves. There should be a discussion among the gaming population that is not distorded and exploited by "game journalism". A side for those who don't consider harassment and doxxing acceptable, in any case. If there's a debate to be had, people should debate, not fight.

That should be easy, watch YouTubers and find a near unlimited amount of gamer goodness.

The ban message could not be more clear that the only reason for the action was to silence a difference in viewpoint without engaging in discussion on it.

Just talking about being the positive change you want to see in the world.
