Made this track back in 2003, when I was DJing regularly. This was made to hand out to punters who attended my regular shows in Milk Belfast, and any other spots I played (Opium, Apartment, Basement). It's a straight mix; no breaks, drops, cuts. 

1. It's pretty solid - there's probably only 2 tracks that don't really fit, and that's 19 years on. 
2. Lyrics - WOW. It's a different time now, so try not to be too offended. 
3. Tracklist - haven't a clue; this was all  hip-hop and r'n'b tracks released in Spring/Summer 2003, so is a mix of underground and some bigger tracks, but no real deviation from that time period.
4. It plays like I would've played in clubs - warm up, groove tracks, then bangers. 
5. No chance of more of this, I found this CD in my ma's house, and sadly I no longer have a record collection or decks/mixer.

Steve Limmer - Summer 2003 R'n'B / HipHop mix

There’s not many DJs who would be as amazing playing happy hardcore as they were gabber or 90s jungle, or piano house or hip hop but Stu Allan could (and did) it all. He would go from playing jungle at Quest in Wolverhampton to playing hard gabber at Doncaster Warehouse with ease and he had fans in every genre. He will be very missed.

As a bit of a genre hopper myself, the loss of this legend makes me realise there’s not many people like him left, dance music is so compartmentalised these days and you rarely find people into different styles of rave music. As a kid in the late 90s I didn’t even know he had a weekly radio show in Manchester, I’m only just listening to them now and realising how great he was on the radio too, always pushing new music whatever the style.

My Dad died a year ago this week from cancer and Stu’s passing has brought a lot of tears to my eyes the last few days, reading tributes from people like Carl Cox, Slipmatt, Grooverider, Brisk, they all loved and respected Stu so much and it brings home how much of a father figure he was in dance music, I’m not sure there’s another like him out there.

This week all I’ve listened to is Stu Allan sets, all his radio shows are on YouTube and soundcloud and I’ve been hammering them. Stu Allan you have my total respect...this mix is for you.

MOUSSE T. Beachstage Defected Croatia 2025

Here's my 3 hour set from the House In The Park Weekend Festival in Atlanta, GA (Sunday 8-31-25). I was specifically asked to play HITP's second annual Disco Stage which seemed like a huge reprieve from their normal House Music programming. While these are tracks that are heard and played often, and some might even deem played out, I can honestly say the energy in the tent was something special. It was jam packed with no phones present, everyone moving in unison and RESPONDING to the music and all of its explosive nuances, one big rollercoaster ride. The entire experience reminded me of why I fell in love with spinning records and going to clubs as a teen. Satisfy your soul and enjoy!
