Jack DiY has been part of the UK’s underground house scene since the late ’80s, back when parties were powered by patchy generators, homemade sound systems, and a healthy disregard for permission. A founding member of DiY Sound System, he’s spent the years playing fields, warehouses, clubs and the occasional questionable afters, always leaning toward the deeper, groovier end of house. Never one for hype, his sets have quietly clocked up miles from Nottingham basements to Balearic terraces. These days he co-runs You Are Here with Andy Riley (Inland Knights); a low-key London night built on good music, good people, and a no-nonsense approach that keeps things friendly, unflashy, and fun.
