This song was written for a newborn named Colin on my hometown block. His mother is a Physical Therapist at The Rothman Institute in KOP...this song is also a thank you to the incredible staff there. The songs title is a reference to the first neighbor who introduced himself to my family, Brett Anderson, by walking up and saying "Welcome To The Neighborhood". Shout out to Brett, Adam, and all the awesome people on Roy Rd.
