Things in life often come full circle. As a high-level collegiate athlete, Steven suffered a potential career ending injury. After recovering from the physical aspects of his injury he found that his mind was still holding him back in fear of re-injuring himself. During that time Steven was first introduced to hypnosis which quickly allowed him to let go of the fear, trust in himself, and instill the confidence he needed to successfully return to competition.
