Roda com Robots is a collaborative project by electronic musician Nadav Dagon and visual artist Marius Jopen, fusing live rhythm and AI-generated visuals into a four-part immersive experience.
Each track was born from live, intuitive jams on Nadav’s Roland TR-8S drum machine — raw, expressive, and groove-driven. In parallel, Marius crafted evolving visual worlds using AI tools like Stable Diffusion and ControlNet, translating the music into layered, hypnotic motion.
The two artists, longtime friends from their work with Love Foundation, created the project as an equal exchange — not sound supporting image or vice versa, but a dialogue between mediums. The name Roda com Robots, nodding to their shared time in Brazil, reflects this fusion of tribal roots and futuristic tools.

More than just a release, Roda com Robots is a testament to creative freedom, spontaneity, and the magic that happens when humans and machines create together.

This time, we air a healing mix from Deon Jamar, a Theo Parrish-endorsed Detroit native and DJ. Deon's musical roots stem from the crates of his father, a long-time DJ who kicked off in the early 80s. Besides playing records, Deon takes joy in organising events of his own like "Black Music" and "Healin' Session". Deon takes inspiration from many different genres and eras, with his breadth showcased through this live recording from Christmas Nite @ UFO Factory in Detroit, at a party hosted by Isaac Prieto, where he opened up for Norm Talley. Trust us, it's a vibe.

Space Ghost is the moniker of Sudi Wachspress, a producer and DJ living in Oakland, CA. In the past few years, Space Ghost has released two full length LP's on Danish label Tartelet Records. 2018's Endless Light, "channels a deep heritage of 1980s funk minimalism and analogue boogie. Velvet pads, hood-rat sleaze, and heaped spoonfuls of soul." 2019's Aquarium Nightclub, "takes listeners on a tropical tour through 80s house drums, lush synth landscapes, and deep bass melodies."Space Ghost DJs around the Bay Area, and you can catch him spinning vinyl every first Friday at his monthly dance party, Open Soul. Co-hosted by three other local DJs, Open Soul is an all vinyl dance night that focuses on Boogie, House, Disco, and everything in between.
