One of those artists, Steve Spiffler, is a California native whos music has roots in an eclectic mix of regional Hip-Hop & soul music of yesteryear. Not only does he pen his own rhymes, but he produces, engineers and even shoots his own videos. His first mixtape "American Fly" was a great introduction to a growing artist who's gears never stop grinding.
