Let's move out of the 80's to last 2009. 
Nothing wrong with this track. Perfect balance of space and sound. This is the perfect band for this song. The bass notes are all in the right spots; courtesy of the wunderkind Ray Mason. I very much enjoy his harmony on the chorus. Does it make you happy too, to hear Ray's voice? 
Jim Armenti does all the wiggly, smooth, snuggly, guitar magic.  Sometimes it works out that way. Cheri Knight (Blood Oranges) appeared, sang the right-on harmonies, and disappeared back into the ether. Thank you all.
