Utomi is a song that is part of an EP with 5 songs by Stewart Sukuma that will be presented to the public sequentially! Essentially music for the dance floor and that suggests dancing! A different approach within the musician's musical structure! It doesn't leave its African and traditional axis but pays a visit to electronic instruments and digital samples.

UToMi is the new dance created and adapted by Stewart Sukuma and a duo of professional dancers: Lulu Sala and Emelva Dine where they incorporate a set of traditional dances that form a solid block to convey a message of life despite all adversities. It is also a way to take the traditional dances of Mozambique to the dance floors, mixing it with pop culture.

Africans have a very special way of being in life, in joy and sadness, where music is a condition and is never dissociated from dance.

In celebration of his 40 years of career and after UToMi Stewart Sukuma presents another single proposal: "Let's Party". Recorded at Studio75 studios, produced by himself in partnership with Shico Fortuna, a music producer with signed credits, this song is an invitation to dance and party after a period of confinement and restrictions that completely isolate us from the environment of collective fun to which we are used to.

Let's Party is a mix of Afro, disco and house music, sung in Chuabo and English, with the special participation of Otis, a signed Mozambican saxophonist, based in Portugal for three decades and with Rhodalia Silvestre and Pureza Uafino with participation in the voices.

This new musical incursion once again demonstrates Sukuma's versatility in the way he composes and interprets and not only the ability to reinvent himself in a constantly changing market. Back to his roots, Sukuma turned to the legendary musician Quelimanense Armindo Salato to write the lyrics, with Nelton Miranda on bass, Djivas Madeule, additional guitar, Nelson Manjate on percussion and Shico Fortuna on programming and keyboards.
