Another Alias is back on Sticky Ground with his first, long-overdue EP featuring remixes by techno legend Jerome Hill and label boss küetzal. 
The EP is called Oddmono provides you with a trio of originals and two remixes that drips groove and grit, showcasing Another Alias' signature sound, with neat spaces and nasty and well-crafted distortions paired with energetic rhythmic patterns.

Afterparty Auras! Inspired by countless visits to afters from a night out, the aim of the release was to foray into an area and region of dancefloor productions less trodden - focussed on a day festival kind of vibe; triggered by sunlit emotions and daylight delirium. 

A heavily distorted but driving ambience features through the full release in the hopes to invoke some punk minded approach to the dance pit space.

Monnom Black will mark its 17th release with its first various artist compilation presented on triple vinyl. Keeping with the label’s modus operandi, the compilation is packed with iconic, raw and uncompromising techno, featuring 13 artists new and old to the imprint, including a re-release of a classic Drax aka Thomas P. Heckmann track from 1993.

To coincide with the launch of the compilation, Monnom Black will hold its first highly-anticipated label party. Locking arms with the notorious underground Dutch promoters Reaktor, known for their challenging events and pushing the boundaries of what techno has to offer. Together they will celebrate with an electronic onslaught on New Year’s Eve in Amsterdam’s Elementstraat Warehouse. A location cut to the bone that perfectly encapsulates the label and promoters combined vision and ethos.

Dax J curates the night fusing the label together for a special moment in time, with the titan warehouse opening up two of its rooms hosting a monster line up with the likes of CJ Bolland, Regis as CUB, Thomas P. Heckmann, I Hate Models, UVB, Stranger, Zanias, Cressida, Inhalt Der Nacht, Raffaele Attanasio, Tommy Holohan and Remco Beekwilder.

Schacke transmits a 4 track EP of erotically charged techno, pulsing with soundscapes & textures that evoke at once both the interior of the body and the inner workings of the universe’s hive-mind, vocal samples haze into orgy, sweeping walls of noise are punctuated by trance-influenced melodies, buoyed by a rhythm track that is as playful as it is relentless.

Schacke has been a pivotal figure for the current Copenhagen techno scene, having run the Moral Defeat label from the underground hub that is Mayhem, his roots in punk and noise music define an energy and intrigue to his production that is singular.
