Calling upon the Sunshine after a long winter. First SMMR Soul set of the SZN at the Uncommon Stage in the Boston Commons. Always in ode to the late great Roy Ayer. Starting slowly, I take the people on a journey through R&B, Soul, and acid hip-hop melodies. I then kick into the next gear with some galactic, soulful house vibes, rounding out the set with classic dancefloor funk and line dance tunes. Be sure to listen through the whole set, there are some gems, blends, and edits that I'm sure you will appreciate.
