As a member of the infamous CUFF team Shiba San has become synonymous with that rugged, ghetto sound that represents CUFF and its owners Amine Edge & DANCE. Shiba comes from Paris (of course) where hip-hop was a strong influence to begin with, and that sound permeates through into the music he makes now with vocals and rough beats galore. His track "Okay" on dirtybird is killing it right now, and has been touted by many as one of the anthems of the summer. No doubt you'll hear it more than once at We Are FSTVL. It's going to be one hell of a party and this mix should get you in the mood.

We're very pleased to present to you our latest exclusive premiere, which comes courtesy of British producer Tim Green. His new EP is being released by Canadian label My Favorite Robot and "Seti" is one of the tracks on that release. 

"Seti" is built on a strong bassline, with lush female vocals drifting in and out of the background, echoing over the bassline while woodblock percussion supports the whole shebang. It's a real beauty this one!

Compuphonic aka Maxim Firket is a multifaceted producer and DJ from Liège, Belgium, who was raised on a well-balanced diet of classical music, early electronics and industrial variants from Kraftwerk to Front 242, and the revolutionary soundwave that swept over from Detroit, Michigan. Hence, Maxim not only grew up to become a skillful violoncellist, but also a producer with a unique approach, blending his various sources of inspiration into one intelligent mix of old-school electro, house and minimal stylings. So far he has released on imprints such as Dirty Dancing, Tiga’s Turbo, Get Physical and Exploited.
