Klaus Schulze-inspired Finnish producer turns his 'brain off' on new album ‘Automat Musik’

Stiletti-Ana (born Ilari Larjosto) is a producer, musician and sound engineer from Helsinki, Finland. 

“Automat musik is my first release that is not composed, produced and maxed out. Why wouldn’t I just focus on the fun side of the things and turn the brains off? That’s what I did with Automat Musik” says Stiletti-Ana.

Automat Musik is released on September 19 via bandcamp & all streaming platforms.

Other Stiletti-Ana solo releases have appeared on Höga Nord records and Public Possession. 
In 2021 he released two records, Stiletti City Rhythm band and ‘I’m an arpeggiator’. 

He also performs with the duo JESSE whose releases cover all points from trashy synthesizer core to fusion, new age, jazz, techno and proto electro.

For years now, an old recording of Jeffrey Sfire at Cocktail D'Amore's one and only cosmic hole was one of the highest references for us in terms of downtempo Italo sleaze - an almost 6 hours recording serving more like a PhD aural dissertation specialized in some of the most remarkable dancefloor digs (mainly Europe) had to offer in the 80s at under 115BPM. To be able to share it publicly on the HAND Mix Series as we reach number 50 is a huge honor and we're greatly thankful to Giacomo and Giovanni, the two cuties behind Discodromo that made this possible. We hope you can appreciate it as much as we have over these past years. H.A.N.D. MIX 050 Jeffrey Sfire

To celebrate moving from our old legendary and beloved Haista Studio into a new studio on an island in front of Helsinki called Suomenlinna, I did a two hour mix of music. The tracks in this mix are my personal favorities from the releases that I’ve made in the old Haista Studio between 2007-2014 in Eastern Helsinki. Some of the tracks on this mix I’ve composed and produced from a scratch and some of the tracks I’ve recorded, mixed or produced, sharing my vision of how music should sound and feel, together with the artists.
