From Still Heat No.15... release date imminent!!! 'All Houses are Haunted' by BEACHERS ..

BEACHERS is a London / Riga based electronic musician , whose 'Refugia' album from August 2020 was a firm favourite at Still Heat HQ , and on the back of that we made an approach for a release for Still Heat. Luckily for us , they agreed.

To our ears, BEACHERS treads similar paths to pioneering electronic artists such as Pan Sonic or Alva Noto with a solid footing in the Electro-Acoustic / Musique-Concrete world. 

With a sharp use of found sound, dead space and pulsing electronics. 'All Houses are Haunted' is picking up the spaces the is sorely missed within the ambient / experimental scene at this time.

From Still Heat No.16 ... release date imminent!!! - and this time it's from Newcastle upon Tyne, UK based master of the moribund DROOPING FINGER. 

Broken Field Recordings and accidental sound, mangle into their own "Danse Macabre" as DROOPING FINGER's grim take on Hauntology drags us down to a dark dark place we haven't been before.
