We see this album as a chapter closer in our career. We are closing the door to a very memorable part of our legacy. Still Pending formed in October 2008 by then-Rossi-incomers Dylan Peggin and Donovan Bennett. They recorded albums and sold them to their friends and teachers in school. They finally found success when the albums "Off With Their Heads" and "Employment" and the single "Born To Be A Dancer" in 2009. They played the song at their school talent show and their popularity went through the roof. They soldered on coming out with album after album and single after single. In April 2010, they came out with "Seven Nation Army," notably their signature song. The summer of 2010 was the band at their creative peak, doing genres such as garage rock, progressive and heavy metal and alternative. The band hit another high with their album "Creatures Of The Night" in 2011 and the song "Aces High." By June of that year, Still Pending was no longer at Rossi and they capped off that chapter of their career with one final concert there and they sure left their mark there. Later that year, SP came to VHS and there was no stopping them! A string of hit albums were released and appearances at benefit shows put the band out as the hottest thing to ever come out of Vineland. In June 2013, they released their rock opera "Out With The Old, In With The New", an album about a love story and it became one of the band's most important albums to date. To this day, Still Pending is still recording and doing shows and enjoying enormous success. If they never formed, you couldve never made them up \m/
