About the release
This 14th label release offers a top-flight collaborative original song offering by Chicago-based electronic artists Jeff Ozmits and RJ Pickens.
The second track on the release is RJ Pickens’ Flightplan Edit of the original.  Being that this composition was deeply inspired by fighter jets and their marvels of modern engineering, it felt only fitting that a version of this song was made that took the listener even further into the experience of supersonic flight. Nuances of fighter jet engines, aircraft flight, radio communications, and cockpit sounds are tastefully woven into the mix, giving an immersive feel of the energy felt during tactical flight.

With a touch of far-flung exotica from his native Canary Islands, Alex Medina, who previously released on Innervisions and Transmoderna, adds a more upbeat tone to '333'. Taking the original track for a hot date on the dancefloor, expect heavy kicks and deep reverbs.

Remixed by the Turkish techno heavyweight duo Murat Uncuoglu and Alican Yuksel, as heard on Innervisions, Afterlife and Exit Strategy, 'Fae' thrashes like a slippery eel into an explosive breakdown while retaining the same full power, basement ready vibe as the original cut.

‘Out of the Dark I’ kicks off with ‘Tesla’: all sweeping soundscapes, with an other-worldy energetic flow. Title track ‘Out of the Dark’ emerges from the shadows in a flourish of melodic techno that is equally danceable but also channels a loungey vibe. 

So laid back it’s almost horizontal, ‘Embrace’ is laced with groovy little undertones. Melting from one mellifluous form into the next,  ‘Shapes’ soars with a strong yet subtle undertow of chunky riffs.  Jiggler pours the good vibes into the consistently uplifting ‘Hope’, an ode to positive feelings and brighter days.

Opening the doors of perception is ‘Flyby’, an experimental interlude of dreamy melodia which invites you to dream.

Huminal are back on Einmusika. The amsterdam based duo created a beautiful EP with their typical signature sound. "Restless Desire" is an uplifting and positive melodic techno tune with a simple and catchy main melody. "Ecliptica" is more calm and groovy. The track opens up during the break with a processed vocal sample. "Remove The Comfort Zone" is a perfect track for the after-hour with it's crazy effect sounds and a strong beat.
