Kölsch makes his highly-anticipated debut on Adam Beyer's Drumcode imprint by remixing the label boss' very one track titled 'What You Need’.

Since its release in 2015, 'What You Need’ has been a fan favorite for the Drumcode family. Now Kölsch transform's the original into a euphoric anthem, as he highlights melancholic chords that build in intensity before dramatic string sequences set in. PREMIERE: Super Flu – Jetendra (Original Mix) [monaberry]

We’re back in the capital with the 8th installment of the “Stil vor Talent Berlin” compilation series, which brings forth a group of old and new faces, who exclusively contributed unreleased tracks, gathered under the umbrella of one of Berlin’s derelict treasures. Neukölln's Blub, short for "Berliner Luft- und Badeparadis", was a waterpark opened in 1985 in the Britz area. After its closure in 2002 the site fell into disrepair, waiting for housing redevelopment and revealing a fragile beauty in its decay as days go by. 

Like all of Berlin's remaining ruins, Blub serves as a reminder of long-gone times, while amplifying the current tensions between aggressive gentrification and useful repurposing.

As always, music is the common denominator and Oliver Koletzki delivers the perfect soundtrack with this new release, while Chrisse Kunst renders the visuals.

A dooming and gloomy hook pushed further by an uncompromising beat and frantic arpeggiators are a guaranteed banger for the dance floors. 
Dark already in the name “The Reprieve” shows little aspects of mercy but yet delivers a gloomy atmosphere with pushing beats and energetic breaks. The melody is powerful and memorable alike. 
The most melodic track of this release comes with “Transcendence”. Melodic Techno at it's finest with an epic hook, yearning synths and releasing breaks.
