The story of this wonderful collaboration started last year at Afrikaburn 2017, where Chris (Stereo Express) & Seth Schwarz met. They teamed up with their musical visions and "Kadanza" was born. Driven by a strong groove, this track enchants the most by the beautiful harmonies used between violin and piano. This harmonic dance comes to a fantastic climax in the break, followed up by a huge powerful drop. Frankfurter Tor is the gateway to one of our favourite districts: good old Friedrichshain. Loud, left and a little dirty, it houses some of the city's best clubs, markets and musicians, Oliver Koletzki included. Its two towers stand as metaphorical guards to an area that has plenty to offer and asks for little in return, instantly making it feel like home. 

As always, music is the common denominator and Oliver Koletzki delivers the perfect soundtrack with this new release, while Chrisse Kunst renders the visuals.

When asked about his Firestarter EP, Cologne producer Ramirez Son revealed that both tracks include not only a vocal sampled from a horror flick, but are also inspired by their soundtracks. The title track “Firestarter" is a deep house hommage to the 80s synth opus by Tangerine Dream, soundtrack of the 1984 horror movie classic Firestarter.
