Alexander has been taken his first steps as a producer in 2009. Together with his mate he was celebrating first successes as „Mode B“ as well as of the imprint 'Ideological Records' which he’s running with Indieveed and Makson.

Beside divers Collaborations Alexander felt in 2013 that time has come to start something on his own, something which outputs his expeditions on the dark in sense of unknown sides of his moon. The tender chosen artist name Mondkrater reflects perfectly the very special way of Alexanders music: soul-floated melodic electronic dance music

The depth of his sounds, the mood of composition, the driving but melodic atmosphere with its special bluesy moments and lately the variety as well as the quality of Mondkraters music already has been discovered by divers well-known underground institutions like Proton Music, Ryan Davis’ Klangwelt, Strom:Kraft Radio and Traumwelten Records. The increasing support by artists like Dominik Eulberg, Stephan Bodzin and Microtrauma shows him that he’s on the right way walking over the moon.

We present you Monkrater's debut on our label. And we can say this is a stunning debut. Easily these tracks are on the top of what we released so far. This EP also comes with a remix EP that will be released a bit later.

Mit dem nächsten Künstler, #DavidSafado, haben wir für euch einen exklusiven Remix im Gepäck. Er hat aus dem bekannten Song #SweetDisposition (2008), von der australischen Rockband #TheTemperTrap, eine schöne Clubnummer produziert. Mit vielen eigenen Elementen, Synthesizer Melodien und sehr musikalischen Lösungen, die der gesamten Stimmung des Tracks eine enorme Spannung verleihen. Verträumt, zeitlos und treibend zugleich, so trifft es wahrscheinlich die Beschreibung seines Remixes am besten!

Released hat David Safado, der aus #Bochum kommt, bereits auch schon und und zwar eine eigene EP auf dem Habitat Music Label. Das Imprint glaubt an ihn und sein riesiges Talent. Deshalb wird er auch zu einem festen Bestandteil dort werden. Demnächst kommt noch eine Ep von ihm auf Samsara Records Germany und eine weitere Veröffentlichung bei #HabitatMusic. „Nebula“ on the other hand creates a strong and clear four-to-the-floor feeling and a warm and pumping drive on the bass. When opening up the synths puls rhythmically enters a new layer of the track that catches every corner of the Club. While shiningly dropping in beady sound skips it still holds the deep and tough ground beat and stability - like a dark path on which a foggy flattering light moves the atmosphere.

Another good catch of Montana and the Incroyable crew for preparing Remix is Berlin’s raw talent Beatamines. While keeping up with the basic melody feeling of the track her more rapidly dives into the base line and pushing pulse to bring a open dancers joy on the track. A constant vibe and a thrilling twist and fitting in any position in a perfect night out soundtrack!

Premiere: Boxia - Final Call [Drumcode]

'It’s the turn of Brazilian producer Against The Time to deliver something special on Us & Them Records. The first track of the EP is called ‘Colider’, it’s a rather melancholic track with a haunting and intense vibe. The pace of the drums keeps the track going, even in the calmer parts of this beautiful soundscape. The second track called ‘Judgement’ is a more emotional cut. The track has less pace than Colider, that however does not mean it lacks dancefloor potential. Last but not least of the original mixes is ‘Vandal’. It’s a melodic track with lots of flowing elements that ultimately create a danceable groove. The main break cuts all the drums for maximum drama, but quickly returns to the tunnel where it came from.
The originals are accompanied by three remixes. First of there is the Colider remix by Paul Anthonee. It is a high-paced techno-bomb like the original, however the drums have a more aggressive feeling to them. Secondly there is the Voices of Valley remix of Judgement, which features the Greek duo’s unique style. The breakdown is where the duo really deliver something unique, huge emotional value leading up to a magnificent climax. The last remix of the EP is delivered by Altego on the track Vandal. It’s a hypnotic emotional track which relies on the main synth to lead the listener through its story. Well structured drums make sure that the track will stand its ground on the dancefloor and beyond.'
