Healing Nest Ceremony

A ceremony mix for going deep on inner journeys, w/wo plant medicine. 

Dedicated to Norberto Jurasek, my best friend and wisest teacher, who 3 years ago left this world. I am so grateful for having known him and for the love and wisdom he has shown me. Norberto, From my 1st workshop with him in October 2015: "We all have our work to do. And here together in these workshops we have a great opportunity to do a lot of work with the help of our medicine. But there is a parallel growth. Beyond fixing this and that in your life, we grow by experiencing the love, the thing beyond death. You cannot hold onto it. It must be experienced again and again. But by getting that experience again and again, you build the trust : that love is IT, and always will be. And maybe that is this lesson which is the deepest of all". ALWAYS dear Norberto. LOVE and beyond death! In the end, when these bones are only bones, all that matters is how much we gave and how much we loved. And you gave and loved so much dearest Norberto.

Skrapar vi bara på ytan av vidundret - det vida undret

Som när jag trummar på min trumma - för de yttre lagren sitter jag med den i handen - håller i något som när jag slår framkallar det dova, gnistande ljudet

Det ser enkelt ut

Men - inuti lagren - där sker mirakel - stora skiftningar i väven - det möbleras om i strukturer och rörelser i rörelse

Jag tror vi badar i ett instrument av vibration

I gud - som är en väv av ändlösa lager av ljud - skiftningar - stråk 

Jag klättrar på musiken

Beatet
Det sprakande, tickande ljudet
Det klättrar på mig

Lyfter mitt väsen ur en föreställning -
Istället blir jag det sprakande, tickande ljudet 

Musiken klättrar i mig 
Som en vesper i ett kloster jag aldrig besökt -

Fotsulan som stampar i det torra gräset
Knastret

Tråden tvinnas mellan mina händer
Ett omslag om en varp
Dunket från inifrån väven, det som håller upp väven - alltings puls. Strukturen. 

Formen. 
Dunket.
En färg.

Skiftningar.

Lager på lager av struktur. Lager ur lager. Lager i lager.

Basgången och anslaget när händerna virar om tråden. Tråden i väven. Väven i tråden.

Vävens puls. Strukturens puls. Det mjuka. Kanten.

Jag trummar på väven. Den sviktar. Sviktar och gör ett ljud - inifrån djupet av rytm. Hjärtrytm - hålla vid liv - livsrytm. 

Andetag. Puls full av jord.
Puls. Sviktandet. 
Trummar på väven. Väver väven. Glider i väven. Är väven. Väven väver.

"Part 3 - Coming Back" is meant slowly to bring you back, letting go of your inner work, and integrate it in a state of celebration in a space of love and light
