Fabric War

Juggling At Night

An astronaut, exploring a deserted space station. As they move through the empty corridors, they encounter remnants of the crew that was once there. The echoes of their life and work fill them with a sense of melancholy, but also a sense of curiosity about their fate.

Abandoned Space Station

This evening I played live, around great artists, a dance-obsessed audience and an awesome sound system. Soundwise also just exactly the direction in which I want.

I played at the annual opening party of the proSports.Zone at the Impact Hub in Leipzig. The songs are peformed live on my TR-08, Minilogue, Volca Sample and Ditto X4 Looper. 

All tracks are inspired by pieces of other artists I like and I transformed and abstracted them into loops to eventually arrange them into my set. The grace of musical interpolation 🌈

I experimented (for the first time productively) with the motion record on the Minilogue: The filter opens on the bass and the ambient pulse has timed spices of noise. Brings in some dynamics.

I got a microKorg by a friend and made a first session connected with my TR-08 and the looper 🙌 All improvised in the moment.
