I am so excited to share with you a song I started working on a long while ago, from when it was just a set of chord progressions, which have transformed into complete song you hear now. I took an approach that focuses more on the song writing rather than the traditional route I usually take.  

LARCY was the perfect addition to this, and I had a blast working her, she is really talented! I aways saw this instrumental with vocals so I knew when her vocals were sent over to me, that this would be my next officially released vocal single. With uplifting melodies and a strong structure that I intend to treat almost as a commercial song, I present to you "Illusions" releasing on CR2 Records! :)

With many quality productions on Protocol Recordings in the rear-view mirror, Dutch duo Volt & State bring their talents to Enhanced Recordings for their debut on the label. The track is titled "Anthems," and will be available as a Beatport and Spotify exclusive on June 17, and on all other platforms on July 1.

The duo certainly stays true to their trademark progressive house sound, and bring beautiful melodies alongside emotional vocals from start to finish. "Anthems" really is pure progressive euphoria, as scintillating layers of synths match flawlessly with an enthusiastic bassline for yet another gorgeous track from Volt & State.
