Denise Rabe´s experience in the Berlin techno scene as a booker, radio host, promoter and dj since she relocated to German capital drawn by the possibility of a life in music, is reflected in the pragmatic, grounded artist she became and the unique, original voice she’s developed as a producer.

Her approach and work ethic can be seen expressed on every release she’s done under her label, Rabe, where her music is matched with an equal amount of care, thought and work, in the vessels that contain it, within a coherent aesthetic and vision that informs music, artwork and presentation equally.

This has allowed her to recruit the artist who´s work resonates with her sensibility and can be heard in the remixes Rrose, Shxcxchcxsh, Headless Horseman, among others, have done for her releases on her and other labels.

Imprints such as Mutewax, who released her first 12’’ in 2015, ARTS where she quickly became one of the label´s staples and Stroboscopic Artifacts where she published ‘’Manifesto’’ in 2019, are clear reference points that describe her career and its development. 

Rabe’s particular inclination to sparse industrial soundscapes, gothic aesthetics, driven grooves under hooks that hypnotize as much as they distinguish, have propelled her 10 year career across stages all over the US, Asia and Europe, as well as the clubs that represent the apex of techno world wide such as Berghain and Tresor.

With 20 plus something years in the game, Mike has handled many roles in the industry. From running an artist management agency in the early 2000’s, promoting events, DJ’ing and producing, Mike has done a lot and seen a lot. Mike’s DJ sets are unique with a blend of deep, hypnotic, spaced out and driving style of techno.

In 2017, he launched his label, Northern Parallels. Focusing on deep, trippy, spaced out, hypnotic techno. The label features well respected veteran producers DJ Hyperactive, Dustin Zahn, Myles Serge, Hiroko Yamamura, Ray Kajioka and up and coming producers Jason Patrick, Allana Letm, Lindsey Herbert Joshua Calleja with also providing a home for new faces that are making exceptional music.

JAMAICA SUK x DSKT
Named by Boiler Room as one of Berlin’s best-kept secrets, Jamaica Suk has been on the forefront of breaking through the global techno scene.
DJing quintessentially and producing for over a decade, she has found rising prominence for her unique brand of seamless mixing and driving, psychedelic-meets-gritty techno.

Jamaica’s work has always been built on discipline, deep sonic exploration, and a passionate connection to the scene. Hailing from San Francisco and based in Berlin, she quickly became a fixture of the German capital’s scene as well as building a vast network of underground communities across Europe and internationally. She's centered her craft in the studio and behind the decks on the art of contrast - grimy industrial edge with meditative, consciousness-expanding dream worlds with no-holds-barred runaway energy. Jamaica’s voice always finds a timeless balance between the rawness of 90's techno traditions and boundary-pushing modern techniques.

Her critically-acclaimed label Gradient has been a platform for her own finely-tuned productions including releasing a 17-track quadruple-vinyl release, “Uncertain Landscape.” 
 
Suk was inspired by bands like Sun0))), Godspeed You Black Emperor!, Pansonic and forms of minimalism - especially Steve Reich’s compositions.
 By day a jazz musician and night a DJ in San Francisco, throwing underground and monthly parties at warehouses & 222 hyde street she couldn’t deny the pulsating sounds drifting out of Europe.
 
After graduating from Pyramind in San Francisco studying Audio Engineering - In 2012, a haphazard trip to Europe for inspiration pulled her in so deep, she fell in love with the city of Berlin and its seasoned party culture, historical roots, and liberal mindsets - so she stayed. Currently residing in Berlin, she’s spent her time crafting her productions in her music studio.
