Following from the reticulated peak time techno-parade of that acclaimed El Fortin EP released on Leyla records earlier this year, Pfirter & Grindvik return with a two-track routine, ‘Mover / Neu’ takes a more stripped back trip exploring than it's predecessor, some classic mid-90s techno metrics whilst adding to the canon of storied techno grooves. Through these tracks, Pfirter & Grindvik tells a story of a night that will remain a legend of Buenos Aires clubbing. 

Come with us to Coco! Oh, it's opening time, another night for the wicked, another to shred our minds. We take the street and eat at El Fortin. Who's got that ride for us, a pill to share a thrill to spare. We pass Udolfo the mad one, naked, screaming at the cars, the line stretches a full block, acting as a living thing. For quite what goes in or to care what comes out we don't give. So let's get down in that basement and melt our faces off. The Love Anthem remixes contains four strong, diverse and well rounded mixes from Lindsey Herbert, Ray Kajioka, Mike Derer and Gabriella Vergilov.

Lindsey Herbert opens the EP with a high energy dance floor cut that executes booming hypnotic grooves, high density synth, percussions and a peak time drive.

Ray Kajioka serves up a remix that sucks you into an intense cymbal driven rhythm that surprises with deep moody chords and well programmed vocals.

Mike Derer brings his unique sound of stripped down grooves that is minimal, yet effective and with catchy synth line that provides rhythm through-out the ride.

Gabriella Vergilov adds another interpretation that differs from her original track that was released on the Gradual Landscapes compilation in December 2020. Her Acid Bang remix is playful, stompy with a sultry acid line and her iconic vocals.

ALPI are an Italian production duo that arrive on @voightrecordings following excellent releases for Arnaud Le Texier's Children of Tomorrow and the legendary Dutch imprint Planet Rhythm. Having shared the DJ booth with artists such as Markus Suckut and Kobosil, they are one to keep a close eye on.

The tracks on their Metropolis EP (including Wrong Assessment Remix) have an instant ingrained class, focusing on a mixture of tough broken rhythms, dubby sounds, ethereal textures and poignant harmonics.
