Stolen From Africa Vol.2 ‘Lest We Forget’ is a multilingual compilation with a roots reggae vibe, featuring various talented artists from the African diaspora, who educate and challenge mainstream perceptions of the Africa and diaspora. This free compilation is released in collaboration with the ‘Lost Lyrics’ Conference: The Roots of the Rose, held here in Toronto this weekend. The conference is aimed at exploring what it means to build an alternative education movement from the ground up. 

2012 also marks Jamaica’s 50th anniversary of independence, Stolen From Africa Vol.2 celebrates with a very powerful message delivered by featured Jamaican artists including The Granddaughter of Rita & Bob Marley, Donisha Prendergast!
