To do so, the player must construct homes for the characters through purchasing them from the game's shop. Another year has passed, and hopefully we can now say for sure we are done with that horrible pandemic.Since it's that time of year, I felt like giving, so I have issued a big update for the Addon Compilation 4.0prototype (WIP for a while now), bringing smaller or bigger changes to 22 addons.
Mostly it's about adding Rednukem compatibility (no worries, EDuke32 will also still work), but in some casesI have made some additional effort to get even closer to perfection.

Duke Hard: Optional Rednukem support (requires switching con/def definitions in GRPINFO file), some widescreen support

The Gate: Boss map and Predator resizing are fixed for good (with vanilla methods!), widescreen CD Thrower

Before it's forgotten: Widescreen Fixes for Duke3D v1.5 is available since a while as well, getting rid ofimage stretching and taking care of some Nuclear Winter screens (recently added in prior v1.4x updates).

There's also some other great news not directly related to the Duke! The Force Engine v1.0 has been released which brilliantly supports Dark Forcesand all the community addons which have been created in the last 2+ decades. Have you ever been wondering what DF could be like with proper highres and widescreen support plus a fully functional save feature? This is your chanceto find out!
For this occasion, be sure to also check out the Dark Forces Community Patch which makes the original game more user-friendly by addressing various annoyances and fixing some old bugs along the way. Just drop that zipfile into your TFE "Mods" folder and select it via ingame menu before you start playing.

 mod has received a lot of love with all relevant menu tiles (e.g. 3DR intro logo, title screen, ingame help menu, ep.1/2 ending screens etc.) having receivedan 8-bit widescreen treatment, making it look a LOT better on modern systems without losing that retro vibe one can only get when sticking to the original artwork instead of using highresreplacements. 
There's also a few more tweaks under the hood, like you can now switch the menufont color to blue, green or grey if you want (you would have to edit 
duke3d-fixes.def
 for that,though). Picking up access cards now also mentions their color (e.g. "Red Access Card") and Raze support has been added (however, please note that if you are using any port other than EDuke32,you will have to remove 
game.con
 from the zipfile first since it will prevent the mod from loading otherwise).

Recently a colleague from another forum encountered a strange problem.
If one takes an inventor drawing file, and then exports it to dwg and specifies that it is in "mm" and at 1: 1 scale, then when opening it in Autocad, everything is fine without problems.
Now if one opens it in Solidworks Edrawings it opens it in inches.
If you open a file created in autocad in edrawings, open the file without problems in the units of the original document. On the other hand, if the model was created as an inventor, Edrawings opens it in inches out of measure. Obviously the inventor export process has a difference from a file created with Autocad. I still can't discover the problem or the difference created in the file.


@Cadmanto I give you the solution because I am clear, it is not an inventor's problem, it is solidworks. Let them see what they seek to solve.
Possibilities? create an ilogic rule that converts the drawing file to a scale determined by the variation in inches, only to be used in edrawings! (because if it opens in Autocad the file geometry would be smaller)
At least until they solve that mistake.


I am attempting to use the edrawings VBA api via excel. I have downloaded the edrawings SDK and it seems as though the api only runs through a user form. I have made a few vba macros for solidworks via excel but unlike solidworks there is very limited documentation. I simply want to make a connection to the API, after which I should be able to take it from there.


As an example, Range B1 is the following "C:\ _EngVault\000S\090\090-40400-01.SLDDRW". I have activated the EModelView2018 Type Library and running edrawings 2018. Again, once I can figure out how to connect to the program I should be good but I am unable to make it that far.

We reinstalled win8pro onto a new ssd and after getting everything installed, remembered solidworks no longer runs on win8. So we moved to edrawings viewer but obviously that doesn't work either since its under the same umbrella as solidworks...

In the jungles of India, the gigantic Indian python seer Kaa watches as Shere Khan, a sadistic Bengal tiger, breaks "jungle law" by killing a family of humans. The panther Bagheera finds a surviving infant boy and takes him to Nisha and Vihaan's family of Indian wolves, but the child is spotted by Tabaqui, Shere Khan's hyena lackey. The "man-cub" is brought before the wolf council, where Bagheera strong-arms Baloo, a Himalayan brown bear, into serving as his fellow guardian. Shere Khan arrives to kill the child, but Akela, leader of the wolves, declares that the boy is under the pack's protection. Shere Khan warns that when Akela misses his prey, he will return to kill the boy.


During the Running, as Bagheera chases the young wolves to prove their skill, Mowgli uses his ability to climb and run upright to gain the lead. Desperate to keep him safe, Bagheera unfairly foils Mowgli and is confronted by Baloo. Mowgli is kidnapped by the Bandar-log tribe of monkeys and brought to Shere Khan, but Baloo and Bagheera arrive to save him. They are overwhelmed by the monkeys, and Mowgli is rescued by Kaa. Having failed the Running, an angry Mowgli rejects the friendship of Bhoot, the albino runt of the wolf cubs, and visits Kaa, who believes he can restore harmony to the jungle.


Mowgli comes to enjoy life in the village, cared for by the kindly Messua and learning hunting skills from Lockwood, who is tracking Shere Khan. Mowgli's wolf-sibling Gray Brother informs him that Shere Khan has driven away the wolves loyal to Akela and continues to kill cattle, endangering all the jungle's animals, but Mowgli refuses to help. While the villagers celebrate Holi, Mowgli learns that it was Lockwood who shot off Hathi's tusk and discovers his hunting trophies, including the head of Bhoot. Returning the tusk to Hathi, Mowgli offers him the hunter in exchange for ridding the jungle of Shere Khan.


Mowgli meets with Baloo, Bagheera, and the wolf pack, who refuse to go against jungle law to help him defeat Shere Khan. Undeterred, Mowgli lures Shere Khan to the edge of the village, where the tiger is surrounded by Hathi's elephant herd. Lockwood shoots at Shere Khan but wounds Mowgli instead, and Akela sacrifices himself to save the boy, while Lockwood is killed by Hathi. The other animals come to Mowgli's aid, forcing Shere Khan to retreat, and the dying Akela names Mowgli as his successor. With Messua and the village watching, Mowgli returns to the jungle and slays the mortally wounded Shere Khan. Kaa explains that with Shere Khan and Lockwood gone, Mowgli has given the animals a voice and brought peace to the jungle.


Taken from The Jungle Book and The Second Jungle Book, Serkis' Mowgli starts off by primarily following the short story Mowgli's Brothers, which chronicles Mowgli from the time he was accepted among the wolves - thanks to Baloo and Bagheera, who bought his life by capturing a bull - to when he was exiled due to using fire to attack Shere Khan, thus bringing shame to the jungle. In both Netflix's Mowgli and Kipling's book, the Law of the Jungle states two non-related animals must take responsibility for the man-cub, and that's what Baloo and Bagheera do. However, in Disney's Jungle Book, only Bagheera accepts and educates Mowgli.


It seems ridiculous to think that a movie without any singing can be sillier than a movie that's inherently a musical at heart - but that seems to be the case with Netflix's Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle. The first half of the movie appears to be one thing - specifically, a story focused on an approximately 11-year-old child trying to find his way in the world of the jungle - while the second half of the movie turns into something completely different, such as a revenge story.

The process often leads to forum moderators icing out scammers and cybercriminals who bring undue risks to the community, a group of offenders that increasingly includes ransomware gangs.


Different theories exist regarding the general lack of women's involvement in cybercrime, including the lower numbers of women engaging with online forum communities and the gap in internet access. To date, there have been few research on women's participation in the cybercriminal underground. Female hackers were previously perceived with hostility by the general hacker community. If women identified themselves, users would harass them, and sometimes lower their reputation or popularity points on the forums.
