As I started to mature over the years I learned to not hate those who you can’t depend on. Simply because I should be happy they showed me who they are now rather than later. I’m saying thank you to all the negatives in my life. Only because there hasn’t been one negative that we weren’t able to make a positive. 

2. Keep Sayin My Name

I felt nothing but miami vibes recording this song. My lifestyle has changed so much, and this beat to me kept my southern Carolina roots but had that Florida bop to it where Miami would embrace it. Club banger fa sho! 

3. I Been (Feat. GPhatz)

This is another song that was recorded in Charlotte at one of my engineers krib. My childhood friend Phatz was with me and the song touched us both. With the both of us battling some of the same demons it really is a dope vibe for the city. 

4. Stoner 4 Life / Ride 4 Me

This song takes you on my journey... it’s certain things I wanted to say and talk about before the whole world engages on my music. I wanted to let people in my head one last time before shit gets real. 

5. NowAdays 

When I heard the beat I was getting ready to catch a flight to Charlotte, literally days before quarantine was initiated. The chorus came straight to my head while I was on the plane! I think because I grew up playing the piano. So the melody of the song instantly caught my attention. After I sat on the chorus a couple days the rest of song came together soon as I went to a studio in Charlotte. 

6. Two Way Road

This song is a very personal song to me, because I am completely honest about how I felt during that time. I try and paint pictures of my experiences. I think everyone can relate to being in a position and you don’t know what to do, or which way to go? Or know why you even chose to do what you ended up doing in the first place... make sense?

7. Lord We Sinned

When your on the come up it’s a lot of things you do for your dreams. It’s a struggle in that process so we use certain things and people to cope. Is it right? Probably not. 

8. Didn’t Know What To Do

I made this song for my family cookouts haha. I swear I get cookout vibes. Sunday dinner vibes after you been in church for FIVE HOURS. It’s unique cause although it’s an upbeat dance song the content is another very personal topic because I’m speaking about problems I was battling with my self, significant others, and certain family members in my life.
