Totally impromptu improvisation to test mic and experimental playing techniques. Completely dry recording with no effects whatsoever. One take on first track, then three tracks with some singing bowls and tingshaws.

some exiled holy men once joined me in a meditation. the elder did not speak english and the younger monks translated. as we communicated, i realized i carried two stones with me that were from his home...  stones unmistakably recognizable to one having lived there.producing them from my pocket he was gifted the larger. there was a brief exchange between students and master, and one of the students explained as they bowed deeply. the elder explained that he knew me long ago when i was called Ringing Mountain...  he was happy to see an old friend. in this meditation i am guided by an old friend up a mountain and into a hidden cave. diving deep into the darkest waters to bring back the rarest of elements... back into the light.
