A neighbor, a journo, did a story on this manned come to find he has been on the street for 13. years. He doesn't live on our street but he is here every day working his toil and strife. The neighborhood has unofficially adopted this man and people leave out clothing and food for him. I call the song Saint Jones since the street I live on is Jones Street.
