Albion Audio presents ‘Tower Block Rhythms Vol 1’, a 4 track compilation across the 140 spectrum featuring some heavyweights in the game and some rising talent.

Kotei follows up with a masterclass in deep dubstep, titled ‘Fiya Burn’. Having uploaded a clip of this track to his SoundCloud page 3 years ago and proceeding to keep it as a dubplate till now, this is most definitely a sought after track!

Josef made his debut on the label in October 2021 with a drill infused take on dubstep. A combination you wouldn't of thought would work at face value, but the warped dark bassline made it feel right at home in the darkest corners of the 140 scene.

Josef took on the VIP flipping it into somewhere in the realm of Grime and Dubstep with that same Drill influenced bassline but dialled up a notch with skippy drumwork and some flutes to compound that Dubstep essence.

Our next VA pulls threads from Manchester, Lyon, New York, and Bristol; a cross-continental snapshot of the sounds shaping our world right now.

It opens in the shadows, with Steel Traxx and Product Toss delivering slow, murky cuts that set the foundation: heavy, cracked, and full of tension.

Things begin to shift as Manami, Maelita, and Mattik push into bass-driven territory. Low ends are refracted through their own lenses, building pressure and colour as the record unfolds.


The tone lifts as Sempra delivers UK-funky flair, all bright percussion and magical flute runs cutting through the weight. From there, disctr4k brings bumpy NY-garage-flavoured house, full of swing and cheeky momentum, before Direct Function closes the journey with warm, dub-soaked atmospheres that linger long after the final note.

A full-spectrum Skiptrace release — built from community, curiosity, and shared movement.

All proceeds from the release will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians.

As we draw towards the end of 2018, we are proud to have amassed such a stunning collection of originals here on the 'Introducing' channel. We truly believe that musical variation is everything, and are therefore thrilled to bring you this heater from Dunman. Through a clever combination of grimey influences and early dubstep themes, he brings forward 'Desert Eagle', a gnarly roller designed to bring the energy up on any 140 set. From the off we are greeted with cheeky horn stabs and grizzly LFOs, calling and responding in melody to bring a real natural 'dip and weave' to the whole affair.

It's been a little while since we last heard from Noble, who partenered with Drax on 'Lance' on 'Southpoint Presents, Vol. 6', immediately being recognized as one of the 140 highlights of Southpoint's 2018. We are thrilled to have him back on the 'Introducing' roster with a very exciting dubstep-inspired creation by the name of 'Vamp'. This one is stuffed to the brim with explosive dubstep flavour, driven by dubwise drum styles, mauling sub pressure and some seriously cool atmospheric backing. This is the exciting new direction Noble has been pushing his sound in recent times and we couldn't be happier to be bringing this one to your attention.
