Following the fantastic support and success we saw with the first edition, we are absolutely thrilled to be bringing you ‘Digitalization 2.0', the second volume of our newly formed compilation series.
Here at The 3000 Network, our primary aim is to showcase the best in new bass music, be that from the established order or from high energy newcomers. If it bangs, we are there to support it!
 
We are very excited to get into the tracklisting of this one, which showcases a large spectrum of bass music from the UK and beyond, with artists such as BTW, SpaceGat & MPH all kicking us off with some killer creations showcasing just how creative you can get within the modernised bass music brackets. We then dive into an array of punchy originals from the likes of REESE, SAINZ and JØASE with Sheppy straight after with more rhythmic creativity within ‘Drop It’ followed by Ghstghstghst’s big room belter ‘DR3AM3ER’.
We then see Teotek showcase his complex neuro prowess with a fierce, high tempo weapon entitled ‘Viper' followed by Nada Deva’s jackin' flavours in ‘Booty Pop’.

Finally we see KusKa bring forward some deeper, skippy compositional techniques on ‘Apparition’, rounding off what we believe to be our strongest compilation to date, showcasing some of the hottest up and coming faces within our ever expanding bass scene. We can’t wait to hear this box of dynamite bless the dance!

The latest to join the party is Lowkey, a Crawley-based producer whose sound fits perfectly amongst the new set of directions we have been taking. His brand new single 'No Shanks' is a real mesh of influences, lashing together pulsating, techy siren-like leads, smooth, well processed Duke Sky vocal chops and moog-like bass slaps to bring us a rave-ready scorcher. We are thrilled to be welcoming yet another top-quality talent into the collective.

At Southpoint, we constantly try to ensure that we are doing enough to support our local Brighton music scene where an entire hive of producers and vocalists reside. With that being said, Brighton producer Jake Compton makes an explosive return with 'Inversion', a track which combines colourful moog-slapping bass LFOs with some incredibly eerie atmospheric soundscaping and industrial percussive lines to string together a club-ready roller.

With his previous features behind him, he goes all out on this latest piece entitled ‘Believe’, which sees him switch up the flavour into a more UKG inspired bassy stomper, fuelled by abstract vocal manipulation, colourful harmonic structures and groovy drum riffs. It’s the perfect soundtrack to any summer evening.

At Southpoint, we are proud to represent so many different areas of underground UK dance music, with so many different elements now being thrown into the melting pot. The label's roots lay in grime, however, which is why we are so happy to be welcoming a brand new Brighton-based grime producer who goes by he name of El-Laurie. He arrives with a tailslide as we unveil a war-ready creation by the name of 'Foot Soldier'. It's a fantastic introduction to the team as El Laurie perfectly fuses the swampy bass textures of new school dubstep with raucous reese bass leads and super choppy drum textures, unleashing some serious energy into the dance.
