When I used to write radio advertising copy for a living, I kept a cartoon from National Lampoon pinned to my cubicle wall.  The cartoon was of a collection of devices meant to alert you to something.  There was a saw horse, a flashing light, a road sign...and on each of them was an explanation as to what it was alerting you to...which was itself.  For example, the road sign said "BEWARE OF SIGN" and the flashing light said "DANGER: FLASHING LIGHTS".  

I kept that on my wall as a reminder that it is all well and good to be clever, but sometimes people just need a 2x4 to the side of the head to get the message across.  

This song reminds me of that cartoon.  It isn't subtle.  It isn't deep.  It isn't trying to win awards.  

It is a song instructing the dance floor to keep their hands up.  Nothing more...nothing less.  

As such, this description doesn't need to be much longer than this.  

OTHER THAN:  Yesterday's Interbay track, "All of the Science", is a great tune and it deserves more ears.  It always breaks  my heart when EVERY Interbay track gets upwards of 150 listens...except for the occasional track that the algorithm ignores...which gets only a handful of listens.  People are missing out on a great tune.  So, if you haven't listened to it yet, please go back and check out yesterday's Interbay track, "All of the Science" and give it a chance.  I think you'll like it.  (Obviously, I hope you'll like "Keep Your Hands Up" too, of course.)  

There's fresh Interbay every single day (so far!), yes, even during the upcoming holidays.  That's the plan.
