The recently returned Bushbaby joins forces with the rapidly rising rhythms of Edinburgh-based Clarcq for one of the true sounds of the summer.

t takes the title ‘wave90’ and provides us with the perfect fusion of nostalgic flavour and new school precision as we are greeted by sweeping pad textures and sweet chopped vocal textures. All of these elements combine on top of a rave-inspiring bassline run, notched together by some of the smoothest 4x4 drum processing we’ve heard in a hot minute.

We can’t wait for this one to be unleashed into the world, especially with festival season edging ever closer.
