Bio:
Danz Maxine is a rising Mexican Techno project developed by Dante Gabriel Islas Villagómez, an electronic musician based in the southwestern mountains of Mexico City. His interest in music started at an early age, when he sat down at home and listened to jazz and rock while staring at the eq. analyzer of the sound system in his parents’ living room. 

He began his musical studies at the age of 11, through extracurricular guitar classes at school. In 2014, after being involved in several rock projects, he built an interest in electronically produced music such as disco, IDM and dubstep. This lead him to start acquiring gear and learning about DAWs, audio engineering and electronic music production, which he would later study in a formal academic context. 

In 2016, Danz Maxine was born as a necessity to take the concepts developed in the studio to parties in order to contribute to the ecstasy of the dancing crowd. His influences are as numerous as unusual, mixing micro/macro-tonality, odd-time signature beats, 
polyrhythms, jazz, Afro/Latin rhytms, lo-fi textures, and hard rock/metal moods. The result is an eclectic, dark, hypnotic, 
atmospheric and energetic style of Techno.

For the 11th installment of our ongoing Breaking New Soil series, we have an all-star compilation for you! First up is Patrick Siech, a core member of the BNS family from the beginning: „Basscamp“ has it all - it´s one of those late-night jams that locks the dancers into its irresistible groove after seconds and won´t ever let them go - we think it´s a timeless piece of classic, yet modern Techno. Next up is Petar Dundov, who really needs no introduction: „Feed“ is unmistakeably a classic Dundov production, yet it is more dark and hypnotizing than you would expect from the melody wizard. Oliver Deutschmann, who just remixed one of our recent releases, handed in "Physics", a relentless piece of raw Techno showcasing his signature production style! Next up, we have our friend Marco Effe returning to Break New Soil with a massive Warehouse Techno anthem! Then, P-Ben from France, one of our favorite artists of the moment, who continuously delivers one killer track after the other: We are more than happy to have his debut for BNS: „Wookit“! Last but not least, Jacopo Susini returns to BNS after his debut 12inch last year, and once again the italian artist comes up with a raw Techno production that will take Techno floors by storm - this one is available exclusively digital. Born in La Plata, Buenos Aires, she began her career as an artist through presentations as VJ in collaboration with events of various genres on the scene of her city. Then she finds herself in front of her first proposals as a DJ.
She had presentations in recognised cycles and clubs in Buenos Aires and Paraguay. She shared the booth with Michael Lauriola, Gonzalo MD, Pandy, Emme Medina, , to name a few. She is studying production, mixing with vinyl, and in addition to have her own project as an audiovisual VJ: Bastet
At the time of her sessions, she can hear artists such as Yan Cook, Keith Carnal, Ricardo Garduno, Black Hypnotise, Animal Holocaust, 2 + 2 = 5, Imminent Record, and Gomboc thus creating a dynamic atmosphere with sounds from the old school of techno, as well as of the hypnotic branch adapting to schedules, spaces and having a great audience reading.
